Our villa "Comfort Landings" has an exceptionally
private south-facing pool and garden area. It's
ideal for anyone who likes to enjoy the sun and the pool
without being overlooked by neighbours.
Uniquely, our villa can be rented on a 2, 3, or 4
bedroom basis. Couples and small parties can
rent it as a 2-bedroom home and enjoy all of the privacy
and independence that a villa offers.
A
little introduction to us...
Hi!
We're the villa owners, Lynn (on the left) and Louise. We
live in Herefordshire, UK; & between us, along with our
families we've been visiting Florida since the 1980s. In
2005 we became the proud owners of this beautiful Orlando
home, which we are delighted to share with you.
All
enquiries about the villa receive our own individual attention,
& we're happy to help in any way we can with the planning
of your trip to Florida. With us, you definitely get "the
personal touch"!

In our fully south-facing garden, patio & pool you have absolute
privacy - so much so that clothing is optional in these areas.
It's all completely enclosed, so children can play in complete
safety; and adults can get that enviable Florida tan without
any tan lines.
For this reason our villa is often rented by naturists, and
nudist guests are indeed very welcome.

First
things first. Our villa has not only a pool, but also a
garden; and thanks to the 6' privacy fence around our
land, it's all totally private!
This is all extremely
rare for villas in the Orlando area, most of which have
no garden of their own and have pools that are overlooked
by neighbours on both sides.

The garden includes lawns, tropical planting, mature palms
trees, fruit trees such as lemon and lime, and a large paved patio
which houses a traditional "smoker" barbecue.
The tropical flowers in the garden attract a wide range of
butterflies and birds, including colourful red cardinals and
exquisite humming birds.
Swim,
play, cook, soak up the rays….the choice is yours.
This lovely outdoor space is just one of the things that
makes "Comfort Landings" so special.
Inside,
it's the comfortable family room that is the heart of the
villa; the perfect space in which to relax and unwind after
a day at the attractions. The villa is air-conditioned throughout,
and every room also has a ceiling fan, so you can stay cool even on the hottest of days.
The
family room has deep, plush sofas… cable TV…free,
unlimited, high-speed internet access on the villa's own PC
(which runs Windows XP, and has MS Office, a USB port, and
a CD writer)...
a range of games, books, music & films… and even a
funky jukebox
CD player!
The villa also offers free, unlimited, any-distance phone
calls to landline numbers. So staying in touch with
the folks back home, and giving them the daily weather
report from Florida to make them green with envy, is
completely free of charge.

When
it comes to dining, you've plenty of options. The airy kitchen/dining
space offers lots of flexible options for serving up
at mealtimes, at the the main dining table, the breakfast
bar, or the breakfast nook. And with the barbecue and patio dining options
outdoors too, "eating in" is always great fun.
Even for a 4-bedroom home, the dining space at "Comfort
Landings" is more generous than average - so if you're
renting on a 2 or 3 bedroom basis, it's palatial!
The kitchen is huge, well-stocked, & fitted out with every
appliance you could possibly need. It makes catering for the
family whilst you're here a doddle - and it's generously
equipped with full supplies of crockery, glassware, cutlery,
and linens.
Just in case, thgouh, it's worth knowing that there are plenty of
eating places and takeaways within very easy reach of the
villa. After all, you are on holiday!
The
villa's laundry facilities are in a separate utility room.
Washer, dryer, & ironing kit are all there; so you can
afford to pack light, leaving plenty of space in your luggage
for lots of goodies to bring back with you. (And
trust us, shopping in Orlando being what it is, you will
bring lots of goodies back..........!)

The
funky games room has something of a "1950s diner"
feel to it, & is great for kids of all (and we do mean
all!) ages. It's fitted out with quality table tennis, air
hockey, & table football equipment; and there's a bar
table & stools to park yourself at for a refreshing cool
drink.
The master bedroom is a romantic & tranquil retreat, quiet
and airy with oodles of storage space. With its own en-suite
bathroom, including his & hers washbasins, king-sized bath
and separate shower, it's your very own self-contained chill-and-pamper zone.
And
it also has its own private door to the pool area, if you fancy
some late-night skinny-dipping….

The
second double bedroom has a sunny south-facing position
overlooking the pool and garden. Guests sleeping here wake
up every day to swaying palm trees, sparkling waters, &
Florida sunshine.
Like all of the bedrooms, it has built-in wardrobe
space, and lots of drawer space too.
There
are two twin bedrooms, one with its own TV. Both
rooms are suitable for either kids or adults.
If you wish to rent the villa on
a 3-bedroom or 2-bedroom basis, you can choose which bedrooms you'd
like to have, & the other ones will be locked during
your stay. Only the locked bedrooms are closed off;
all other areas and facilities of the villa are fully
available to you if you rent on a 2 or 3 bedroom basis.
All
four bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe, closet, & drawer
space; and best quality linens are provided throughout.
