Notes:

• When you make an enquiry for our villa, the enquiry comes directly to us, the villa owners. We will personally reply to you and handle your booking.

• All rates are for the entire villa, regardless of occupancy. Maximum occupancy as a 4-bedroom home = 8; maximum occupancy as a 3-bedroom home = 6; maximum occupancy as a 2-bedroom home = 4.

• For a booking of 7 nights or more, use the weekly rate for each full week, and the nightly rate for any additional nights.  For bookings of less than 7 nights, use the nightly rate.

• All weekly rates are fully inclusive of all utilities (excl. pool heating), cleaning before & after your stay, best quality linens, & welcome pack to greet you on your arrival. Cleaning surcharge applies to daily rate for bookings of less than one week.

• Pool heating is available as an optional extra at £90 / $129 / €99 per week.

• US$ rates exclude local and state taxes (currently 6% & 7% respectively).

• Late checkout is also available as an optional extra (equivalent to one extra night's rental).
