• When you make an enquiry for our villa, the enquiry comes directly to us, the villa owners. And we will reply to you personally.
  
• All rates are for the entire villa, regardless of occupancy. Maximum occupancy as a 4-bedroom home = 8; maximum occupancy as a 3-bedroom home = 6.
  
• All weekly rates are fully inclusive of all taxes, utilities (excl. pool heating), cleaning before & after your stay, & best quality linens. Cleaning surcharge applies to daily rate for bookings of less than one week.
  
• Pool heating is available as an optional extra at £90 / $180 per week.
  
• Late checkout is also available as an optional extra (equivalent to one extra night's rental).
